HMH to Promote 2009 Street of Dreams

PORTLAND, Ore. -- The Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland selected not only a new venue for the 34th annual Street of Dreams, but also a new marketing communications firm to support the event. HMH has been chosen to provide public relations, advertising and interactive support for the 2009 show, which will showcase luxury condominiums in the Pearl District.

"HMH's broad range of marketing communications services and their significant experience in the building products industry gave us the confidence that they have all the tools needed to make this year's event successful," said Eric Stride, show operations manager for the Home Builders Association.

"We are pleased to be associated with the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland, and with this exciting event," said HMH president Ed Herinckx. "The Pearl District has become a model for urban growth and it will be great for people to see a different side of luxury living."

Instead of the traditional event, which featured custom suburban homes, the 2009 show will highlight approximately 10 high-rise condos in Portland's Pearl District, each priced between $1 and $4 million.
