WORST JOB:
One of my first summer jobs (no, I'm not kidding) was breaking bricks into halves for a contractor. I was 14. The work was hot and dirty. There was good news: The job paid a lot more than babysitting; I got to work with my best friend, outside in the sunshine, and we had free transportation - the contractor was willing to pick us up and drive us home in the back of his pick-up truck - and that's big fun for a 14-year-old.
DREAM JOB:
If calories were not an issue, I'd be a food/wine critic.
SOMETHING NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT YOU:
If I told you, then everyone would know.
FAVORITE PAINTING:
Sorry, this one is too tough. I'm a bit of a museum junkie. I particularly like Impressionism, and you'll have to take it from there.
FAVORITE HOBBIES:
Singing, hiking, gourmet cooking (but not at the same time)
FAVORITE WINE:
So many wines, so little time. The 1996 Silverado Cabernet Sauvignon was wonderful.
