HMH Wins Silver and Gold in Northwest ADDY Show

PORTLAND, Ore. -- HMH was honored with four gold awards and four silver awards in Northwest regional competition of the 2007 ADDY Awards, sponsored by the American Advertising Federation. The annual competition showcases the finest advertising and design work in the region.
For The Forest Film Festival, HMH received three gold ADDYs for posters in the "advertising for the arts and sciences" category and a gold ADDY for the poster series.
For Subway's Portland market, HMH received silver ADDYs for a magazine ad in the "consumer or trade publication" category, a point-of-purchase sign in the "sales promotion" category, and a T-shirt design, ad and point-of-purchase sign in the "mixed media" category.
For the Carlson Group, HMH received a silver ADDY for a brochure in the "collateral material" category.
The Northwest regional competition includes entries from Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, and British Columbia and Alberta, Canada. HMH's winning entries will go on to compete in the national competition at the American Advertising Federation's national conference in June. The ADDY Awards show is the world's largest advertising competition, with more than 60,000 entries submitted each year.
