HMH WINS FOUR AWARDS AT CHARLOTTE ADDY SHOW
March 20, 2006
PORTLAND, Ore. – The Charlotte, N.C., office of HMH was honored with four awards in the 2006 ADDY Awards show, sponsored by the Charlotte Ad Club and the American Advertising Federation. HMH took home one gold and three silver awards in the competition, which showcases the finest advertising and design work in the Charlotte area.
HMH received a gold ADDY award for a billboard created for Carolina Raptor Center and a silver ADDY for an integrated promotional campaign and identity created for the center's Take Flight fundraiser held last year. The agency also received silver awards in newsprint advertising for Carolina Raptor Center and events promotion for Huntersville Family Fitness and Aquatics.
HMH's gold winner will go on to compete in the regional ADDY Awards show and those winners will compete in the national competition at the American Advertising Federation's national conference in June. The ADDY Awards show is the world's largest advertising competition, with more than 60,000 entries.
"The ADDY show is the perfect opportunity to share our work with others in the Charlotte area and to see what other agencies have been up to," said Mark Conachan, creative director of HMH/Charlotte. "We'll be back next year."
